While doing market research for one of our new clients, Jay Rifenbary, I came across this very well designed and implemented social media business case. While I don't have access to her results, it's clear Sari understands how to leverage social media to increase her profits.

In this video she creates a direct relationship with her client, provides unique value and explains what will happen next, i.e. leading the customer down the sales funnel.
