How to avoid information overload and save time with social media

I know it may sound counter intuitive but I believe social media is a way to battle information overload.

I personally use email, blog and podcast as a way to manage how much and which information I take in.

This saves me tons of time. I don't have to filter out information I don't need and helps me stay up to date on the information I do need.

Do you do this? Do your customers?

Customers have more control than ever over the messages they experience and consume.

Social media marketing enables us to be relevant to the right customer at the right time.

I welcome your perspective on this, so please feel free to share your thoughts and experience on this on our blog by commenting below.
