As every good product manager and marketer knows, every product has a life cycle.
Life Cycles exist for the Toyota Prius, Apple's iPod, Democracy, and even Species. It seems that one of the major mountains to climb on our path to a sustainable society is accepting and working with these life cycles.
The question is which of these "products, ideas, philosophies" need new or updated versions and how much time do we have before the old ones run out of their validity?
Feel free to comment below on the life cycle of each of these systems. Do they need new versions? Do they need full replacement?
Capitalism
Democracy
Government
Monetary
Time
Education
Energy
Health
Conflict resolution
Societal evolution
